Okay, so here was here are the two "dupes" for Deborah Lippmann's Happy Birthday. The one of the Left is Wet N Wilds Party of Five Glitters and on the Right is Milani's Gems. (click picture to enlarge). WNW Party of Five Glitters I would say contains more "metallic" flecks in a jelly base while Milani's Gems is very packed glitter of difference sizes and shapes of bolder colors in a jelly base. I have not tried the Deborah Lippmann's Happy Birthday but out of the two show below I prefer WNW. Although both look awesome over a black base with a matte top coat!
